Women’s Yoga for Emotional Balance is a 6 week journey into the world of e-motion (energy in motion) and nervous system regulation. Cultivating self love from the inside out to help you stop feeling as if you, your emotions or your sensitivity is a burden, flaw or something to be fixed. Through gentle but intentional practices we unravel the stress, overwhelm and burnout your body has been holding and welcome in a deeper connection to Self.

Hi, I’m Lani, and I see you!!

And more importantly I FEEL you….I feel your tiredness, your longing and your knowing that it’s time to SLOW DOWN. For years I fought with overwhelm, anxiety, stress and digestive issues until I recognised they were signposts showing me where I wasn’t embracing REST, NURTURING & SELF COMPASSION – inherent qualities of the feminine.

Through the warmth and nurturing of ceremonial cacao and compassionate heart based Yoga and Meditation practices I work one on one and in small groups with women who know they need to get out of their heads and into their bodies. Creating a gentle, nurturing space for YOU to reconnect with your intuition and feminine power.

My passion is your REST and RECONNECTION!!

"Lani holds such a beautiful space. She allows you to drop in so deep into whatever process you are needing and allows you to feel so supported and nourished. I always come out 'different' from any of her classes. There is really such magic that is experienced there. So grateful."
